Name: Nathaniel Vis

College/University accepted to: Full Sail University

Intended field of study: Undergraduate in Audio Arts

What makes Full Sail University a good fit for you?
It is focused on the career I want to go into instead of having just general classes in several subjects I have no interest in.

How did you feel when you received the news of your acceptance?
I felt relieved that I wouldn’t have to worry about finding an alternative.

How did you decide on a school/field of study?
I’ve been doing tech at my church for several years, and I knew that it was what I wanted to do as a career. Our head production lead at church went to Full Sail, so he gave me the idea to go online there.

Which classes, programs, and/or faculty at Sioux Falls Lutheran School helped support your interest in your planned career field?
Easily drama, because it gave me a chance to practice my skills.

Please share any other activities that had a significant impact on you during your time at SFLS.
I loved marching band. It’s a unique experience that you’d have to be in to understand.

What is your favorite Bible verse?
“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” —1 Peter 5:7
