  • Infant/toddler playground (currently being established)
  • 3, 4, and 5-year-old playground
  • Shared kitchenette for classroom baking projects
Elementary and Middle School

Parents of elementary and middle school students will enjoy seeing:

  • Grade-level classrooms and middle school homerooms where content area specialists teach throughout the day
  • Learning center space used for small group work, large group activities, indoor recess, and more
  • Conference rooms used for speech therapy and tutoring services
  • Middle school science lab
  • Elementary and middle school playground
  • Room for a future addition as we grow
High School

Parents of high school students will tour the following areas:

  • Classrooms by content area
  • Learning center, which is used for study halls, independent study time, small group work, and more
  • High school science lab
  • State-of-the-art K-12 STEM lab
  • Room for a future two-story addition as we grow

Our reading area is used as a gathering space for families, cross-grade-level activities, prayer groups, devotions, and more. Additionally, K-8 students can check out books from our library (middle and high school students also have access to classroom libraries in their English Language Arts classrooms).

Our violin lab is a dedicated classroom where elementary students take small group violin lessons, which are incorporated into the school day at no additional cost. We also have two music rooms, where classroom music, choir, band, and orchestra meet. Practice rooms for private music lessons are also available, with space to add a third music room in the future. K-12 students also have a dedicated classroom for art, which is equipped with an on-site kiln for pottery units.

Within this beautiful space, local Lutheran pastors lead weekly chapel services on Wednesday mornings for our elementary school and our middle and high school students. We also hold our Christmas programs, music recitals, concerts, and theatre productions in the chapel, which is designed to seat 410 people.

Our gymnasium is high school-sized and equipped with locker rooms. We have the ability to drop a curtain and split the gym into two middle school basketball or volleyball courts in order to simultaneously host multiple games. Our student athletes and school community also look forward to using our new 4,700-square-foot fitness center, which will open in the spring of 2024.

The SFLS campus includes an established grass football field with future expansion plans to add additional athletic spaces, including a track, soccer fields, baseball and softball fields, and tennis courts.

Our Commons space is used for lunch, community activities, and our before and after school Eagle Care program. Hot lunch is provided in our kitchen area, which can be expanded into a full preparation kitchen in the future as we grow.

Our children attended two schools prior to SFLS, and we were very pleased with the admissions process at SFLS. The team was always quick to respond to my calls and emails, and they were very detailed in answering all of our questions. Campus visits provide an opportunity to see SFLS ‘in action’ during a regular school day so you can get a feel for how the school will suit your family. Finally, the software program used to apply for admission and upload transfer paperwork is also very user-friendly. The admissions team and office staff are very friendly and helpful!
